What makes your office different than the other RE/MAX offices in Rhode Island?

Consistent ownership with a mature experienced staff. We offer an updated facility in a prime location.

What makes your office different than other real estate offices in East Greenwich? Your street is filled with them!

It’s our experienced and top producing associates. “You play better golf with better golfers.” We have been here in East Greenwich since 1975 with the same ownership.

We worked with Woodridge Associates from 1972 to 1975.  Then, opened Frenchtown Associates from 1976 to the RE/MAX conversion

Not only that, but we have many of the same staff since the 1970’s. Moreover, this tells volumes to our ability to succeed in good markets and bad.

Why do agents come to your RE/MAX office in East Greenwich?  Is it the coaching, technology or location?

ALL of the above. We offer coaching. Our office has as a mentoring program. We have top technology with an excellent location and offer our agents a variety of commission programs to fit their needs.

How long has your office been at its current location in East Greenwich?

Our office has been in East Greenwich since 1986.

When did you and your brother start in real estate? Did you both start at the same time?

I started in 1972 and Len in 1975. We opened our RE/MAX Rhode Island office in February 1986 following Newport in 1985.

How do you cater to the younger real estate agents?

We pride ourselves in developing their real estate careers. Furthermore, we offer coaching and mentoring so they can develop their business.

We encourage and challenge those real estate agents to set and help them achieve personal goals. We foster agent collaboration, office comradery. Everyone here LOVES what they do!

How do you cater to the older real estate agents?

Simply empowering them to do their business with ours. Likewise, we guide them to work with and collaborate with the other agents here.

Do you help people to get into real estate? If so what type of characteristics do you look for in a person? 

We use the DISC Test. It is important to determine if they are suited for a real estate career. It is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people’s behavioral differences.

If you participate in a DiSC program, you’ll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You’ll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

Do your agents have to work in the office or can they work from home? What other options are available for them?

We have a Home Office Program. Also, we offer a variety of in-office space priced accordingly.

We have a positive, professional environment with a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Annual RE/MAX in RI Golf Tournament

We run the annual RE/MAX Golf Tournament (32 years!) to benefit CMN (Children’s Miracle Network).

Thanks to many of the other RE/MAX in Rhode Island broker owners and offices that help us with this major annual fundraiser in July.
