RE/MAX Flagship has been around since 1983. With 3 locations there are 2 owners at RE/MAX Flagship, Christine Tanner and Michael Mita.
Christine (Chris) Tanner has been licensed since 1979 and obtained a broker’s license in 1982. She opened the office in 1983 and purchase the RE/MAX franchise in 1990.
Michael (Mike) Mita started in Real Estate when he moved to RI 14 years ago. For five years he worked for a large real estate developer, learning all aspects of the business – legal, financial, permitting, construction, etc.
There are three offices. The real estate offices are located at: 140 Point Judith Road, Suite 23, Narragansett, RI, Providence located at 353 Branch Avenue and Warwick at 3287 Post Road. RE/MAX Flagship has 60 agents and 4 teams.

We love agents who want to do well and enjoy seeing others do well too.
Next, we look at their needs. Every agent, like every person, is great at some things, and has needs in other areas. We aren’t a cookie cutter operation. Therefore, we don’t believe that every problem has the same solution, or that every agent has the same needs.
We support agents individually and try to help them make their business work for them. We “play to their strengths, and fill in the blanks”. Finally, we work really hard to know our agents deeply and understand what their business needs and what they need, or are equipped and positioned to pursue successfully, as the leader of their business.
What Tools and Technology Do You Provide Your Agents?
In addition to our staff and all they do for our agents (marketing, coverage, photography, listing appointments, contract to close, admin for hire, etc. etc), we offer a matterport camera and drone photography, end to end CRM, marketing design tools, social media expertise, assistance, and design tools.
As well as marketing campaigns, postcard programs, free, optimized, personalized websites and property websites, as well as a full time professional trainer.
Our agents are mobile in the current market and can work from anywhere. About half of our agents work from home. Can they work from home too? Yes, and they do!

How Does RE/MAX Flagship Serve Their Communities?
This RE/MAX office sponsors sports teams throughout the state. They also donate thousands to HASBRO, and hold a a pancake breakfast.
RE/MAX Flagship also has a regional “Fly-In” for the RI Air Show every year where we publicize throughout New England for pilots to actually fly into Quonset for the show. We then shuttle them from the runway to the pancake breakfast where Flagship agents do all the cooking and serving, then shuttle them the viewing areas.
All the revenue from the day (accommodations for the planes) goes directly to HASBRO via the air show. We boost the VIP ticket sales this way and solicit further donations from the private plane owners as well.
